About the Company: Our reputable client within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced CFO for a period of 3 months. As a trusted partner in the Executive team you will be supervising a team of 4 direct reports. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a company that will value your financial insights and expertise.

This role is based in Delta and the successful CFO will work onsite for the duration of this engagement. The role: Oversight and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements and cashflows, including consolidation of multiple entities in a multi-currency environment. Preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages to the parent company and addressing queries.

Regular meetings and discussions with financing sources and preparation of necessary documentation. Provide leadership and guidance to the team and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies. Plan and implement processes and systems for budget to actual analyses, forecasting and better data management.

Skills: CPA (BC) or CPA (Canada) required. Ability to assess and improve the structure of current status. Experience and the ability to work and communicate effectively with the executive team.

Understanding of systems and processes. Strong communicator with the ability to resolve conflicts and build strong relationships. Ability to adapt to constant change.
