We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for our client, a large local organization with a diverse corporate business portfolio in Canada. This position plays an important role in providing a high level of executive and personal support to a C-level executive. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, and is able to prioritize and adapt to the diverse needs of the role.

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you today Location: Vancouver, BC Expected Salary Range: $85,000 – 95,000 per year Responsibilities : Manage the Executive’s complex calendar, inbox/email communications, and meeting management Organize travel arrangements and associated logistics for both domestic and international travel; and expense report preparation Handle communication with internal and external parties, on behalf of the Executive Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or emerging issues and take action to provide resolution in a timely manner Coordinate and manage logistics for business meetings including required materials, agendas, and minutes Prepare reports, documents, and presentations, including handling of confidential correspondence Oversee IT needs to ensure all office related equipment and devices are in order Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information including financial documents and/or personal information Provide personal assistance to the Executives, based on current and varying needs Organize event logistics for company and personal functions, as needed Must be flexible after normal working hours, on occasion, to attend to emergencies that arise Requirements : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior-level executive assistant support position is ideal Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Business or relevant field of study Previous event planning experience would be considered an asset Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, possessing strong overall technical skills Highly organized and detailed with effective time management abilities, and able to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities in a day Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with expert ability to be proactive and resolve issues Possess superb business etiquette, calm professionalism – exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality to the highest degree Have a positive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team approach Valid B.C.
