Qwadra (Vorum) is transforming the way custom Orthotic and Prosthetic (O&P) devices and services are delivered worldwide. Every 30 seconds, somewhere in the world, a patient is fitted with a custom O&P device made using Qwadra technology. We are committed to improving this to every second, and we want your help.

The Qwadra product line includes 3D scanners, CAD/CAM software, and machinery that is used to create custom-fitted prosthetic and orthotic devices for amputees, veterans, babies, and even pets. Mission of your role:

The mission of the Channel Account Manager is to convert prospective channel partners, qualifying their service offering and leading them towards a defined onboarding path. This role activates the channel partner’s growth potential at Qwadra.

This position will foster a pipeline of potential partners and set the tone for great relationships. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our growing sales team, as well as a person who wants to build a career within an innovative, fast-growing company. Additionally, they will collaborate with our Customer Success and Product teams to identify pain points we should address in our ongoing commitment to building a successful channel relationship.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Consistently exceed monthly & quarterly sales KPIs
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team Lead, and other Channel Account Managers, to develop a sales strategy to seek and establish new business
  • Identify, generate and qualify Preferred Channel Partner leads through outreach
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through marketing campaigns, calls, emails, and social media to generate quality opportunities for our Channel Partners
  • Engage with prospective partners via virtual meetings and email to analyze their needs
  • Help organizations of all sizes to realize the potential of our products within their business
  • Multi-channel follow-up – help uncover new opportunities and nurture existing leads within a multi-communication-channel setup
  • Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and win potential new channel partners
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to develop custom solutions for recurring service needs that address our prospective customers’ needs
  • Establish and develop relationships with partners, customers, and prospects
  • Work closely with other Channel Account Managers to transition new client accounts, track and manage their success
  • Document all activities and opportunities in Salesforce

Your Key Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Proven business development experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
  • High-level, strategic selling skills derived from working in multi-layered, B2B focused environments
  • Demonstrated experience prospecting new clients through a combination of cold-calls and in-person meetings
  • Proven track record of success in business development demonstrated by meeting aggressive sales targets
  • A passion for personal and professional growth
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Fluency in foreign languages. We have customers around the world in more than 45 countries. French, Spanish, or Mandarin in particular would be highly valued.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

Pay: From $80,000.00 + Commission per year



Hybrid role with possibility for full-time remote
