Position This role is part of the “Devices” team that develops, deploys and supports Brave’s IoT products – Brave Buttons and Brave Sensors . While this role requires a physical presence at Brave’s offices, you are free to work from home or elsewhere when not required at the office.

Responsibilities Final assembly of IoT hardware components Configuration and quality assurance testing of hardware units Preventive maintenance checks and proactive client outreach Handling technical support queries from clients Collaborating with engineers to identify device failure modes and implement process improvements Participating in company-wide decision-making as a cooperative member Occasional site visits within the Lower Mainland (reimbursed per diem, transportation, and accommodation costs if required) Skillsets Firmware, software development experience Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality Proficiency with SQL or willingness to learn for technical troubleshooting Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Click Up) Experience with project or task management tools Technical education or hands-on experience with electronics Process-oriented with a focus on documentation Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience Autonomy in decision-making and ability to build consensus Valid driver’s license (preferred) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology FAQs Job Posting Duration: Until June 7th, 2024 Resume Gaps: Please apply, gaps are understood and respected.
