Corporate Booking/Intake Specialist

Job Description

Now, if you were to come on board as our Intake Specialist for CIBC Square , we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Coordination of event requests :
  • Triage and direct Intake Form requests for all CIBC Square Conference Centre meeting and event requests.
  • Support scheduling of meetings/event bookings while identifying potential conflicts to bring forward for resolution.
  • Provide regular calendar updates to the events team.
  • Guest services & communications: Support the management of the general mailbox ensuring timely responses.
  • Cultivate relationships on behalf of the CIBC Square Conference Centre across the organization with a hospitality-first approach.
  • Provide coordination across various workstreams and service lines as needed for requests and communications to the CIBC Square Conference Centre.
  • Administrative support: Provide regular updates and regular event requests to the landlord operations team.
  • Configure and update the Event Management System as required and validate event data entries.
  • Handle general office duties, such as record-keeping and other duties as required.
