Our client, a growing asset management and investment company, is searching for a dynamic individual to provide financial reporting expertise and leadership to their accounting team. As the Corporate Controller you will provide mentorship to a small accounting team and manage day to day full cycle accounting functions, prepare and review IFRS compliant financial statements and consolidated statements , analyze and support complex transactions, provide cashflow forecasting, budgeting and analysis, and prepare monthly KPI reporting. The Corporate Controller will play a lead role managing processes and best practices during a growth cycle while ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance.
As the successful candidate, you will have a CPA designation in good standing with 7+ years of post designation experience, prior accounting firm experience, have IFRS financial reporting experience, and a track record for finding best practices and creating processes and efficiencies.
