A background or strong interest in graphic design is highly desirable, as this role involves contributing to overall visual strategy, branding elements, and digital content creation.<br></p>
<hr><br> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and visual appeal.<br></li> <li>Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and developers to execute web projects from concept to completion.<br></li> <li>Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and functionality.<br></li> <li>Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all digital assets.<br></li> <li>Maintain and update websites, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.<br></li> <li>Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to create assets including banners, icons, infographics, and layouts.<br></li> <li>Stay current on design trends, UX principles, and emerging technologies.<br></li> </ul>
<hr><br> <p>Preferred Skills & Qualifications:<br></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound projects.<br></li> <li>Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).<br></li> <li>Strong aesthetic skills with an eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.<br></li> <li>Graphic design experience or formal training, particularly in branding, digital marketing assets, or visual storytelling.<br></li> <li>Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.<br></li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br></li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br></li> </ul>
<hr><br> <p>Nice to Have:<br></p><ul><li>Animation or motion graphics skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie).<br></li> <li>Experience with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.<br></li> <li>Basic SEO and web performance optimization knowledge.<br></li> <li>Experience with e-commerce design.<br></li> </ul>
