Job Description
Data & AI Enterprise ArchitectContract opportunity in the insurance industry for a strategic architecture role supporting enterprise data transformation. Drive digital innovation using Azure, Databricks, and Informatica. Work in a hybrid environment with global teams to enable AI readiness and optimize operational marketing efficiency.
What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $90-100 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $ per hour.
• 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 or 9 am to 5 pm.
• In-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.
• Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct discovery of existing operations and tools.
• Evaluate maturity of current tools and processes.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for tool usage and efficiency.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure data solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Informatica.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing and operations platforms including AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Suite.
• Maintain system availability, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document architectures, integrations, and performance metrics.
• Present regular reports to stakeholders on progress, KPIs, and system health.
• Stay current with trends in AI, data architecture, and digital transformation.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Manager are a plus.
• ITILv3 certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in IT and data architecture.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex IT and digital marketing solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and large-scale integrations.
• Deep experience with Azure, Azure Databricks, and Informatica product suite.
• Strong background in digital operations, AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Suite.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and contact center systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
• Understanding of relational data structures and data warehousing methodologies preferred.
