Role Overview:

As the Director/Manager of Demand Generation at Comm100, you will hold a key leadership role within our marketing team, driving the strategy and execution of demand generation to accelerate our growth. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creative marketing to develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

– Architect and lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy that amplifies our market presence and fuels our sales pipeline.

– Spearhead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between demand generation strategies and business objectives, particularly with sales, product, and customer success teams.

– Innovate and implement lead generation and nurturing programs, leveraging a blend of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.

– Oversee the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, utilizing insights to refine and optimize future strategies.

– Cultivate a deep understanding of our target markets and customer personas to inform tailored marketing approaches.

– Lead, mentor, and expand the demand generation team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– 5+ years of proven experience in demand generation or marketing leadership, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the software or technology sectors.

– Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and market penetration.

– Exceptional analytical skills paired with strategic mindset, capable of turning complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

– Outstanding leadership qualities with experience in managing and inspiring teams to achieve excellent results.

– Deep familiarity with current marketing technologies, platforms, and practices, with an emphasis on digital and B2B marketing.
