- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service support to employees and leaders via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
- Manage team cases, ensuring SLAs and KPI targets are met.
- Contribute to HR portal and knowledge management strategies using ServiceNow.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating HR materials such as process documentation and FAQs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the HR team and across the organization.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Calgary, AB.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience in Oil & Gas or similar Industry.
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in HR required.
- Strong customer service skills, including appropriate telephone and email etiquette.
- Experience in HR shared services operating model.
- Experience working in ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
