MTE Logistix Group of Companies is looking for a highly motivated Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Process Manager (WPM), this exciting opportunity is responsible to perform administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Through effectively and efficiently managing priorities, the Inventory Cycle Counter is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

Wage: $21.00 – 23.00/hour depending on experience.

Night Shift Premium: $1.75/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.



Location: M6 BDL Warehouse – Street NW, Edmonton T5S 2V6

Schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

What will you do?
Ensure appropriate documentation is coordinated for inventory cycle counts and produce reports, summaries, and overviews of records.
Work daily with supervisors and forepersons to identify inventory issues and movements to reduce variances.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock locations, and lot or date-code control.

Investigate, resolve, and report any damages or shortages, obtaining resolution from management.
Report variances to clients and work to resolve all inventory issues with management.
Other duties and special projects as required.

What you need to succeed

_ Must-have _
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications.
High levels of accuracy with typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry.
Focused attention when working with file management to keep accurate, up-to-date, and organized files.
Experience in administrative functions, inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention, and damage procedures.



_ Nice to Have _
3PL (Third Party Logistics) experience.
Office Administration experience, SAP knowledge, and Contract Logistics knowledge.
