<strong>Location:</strong> Markham Head Office<br>
<strong>Duration:</strong> 12 Months<br>
<strong>Pay Rate</strong> -$28/hr<br>
<strong>Work Model:</strong> Hybrid (3 days in office, some 4-day work weeks)</p>

<h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3>

<p>Our Client's Learning and Development team is seeking a <strong>detail-oriented and dynamic Learning Coordinator</strong> to support a series of leadership training programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and excels at managing multiple programs simultaneously.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<h4><strong>Program Planning & Management</strong></h4>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate logistics for multiple leadership programs ensuring a seamless participant experience
<li>Manage invitations, registrations, reminders via LMS, ServiceNow, and Outlook
<li>Reschedule participants and provide updated instructions as needed
<li>Maintain a training calendar to avoid session overlap and ensure coverage
<li>Administer psychometric assessments and track participant progress
</ul>

<h4><strong>Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></h4>

<ul>
<li>Participate in project team meetings and provide regular status updates
<li>Attend global logistics meetings, team meetings, and daily huddles
<li>Collaborate with internal teams across Canada and the UK
<li>Coordinate with external vendors (food, hotel, transportation) and suppliers
</ul>

<h3><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years in coordination, project management, or related roles
<li>Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in adult learning, event management, marketing, communications, or L&D
<li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in LMS, SharePoint, and digital communication tools
<li>Strong time management and multitasking abilities
<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
<li>Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
<li>Ability to identify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
