Job Title: Product Manager - Loyalty Platform

Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Experience required: 5+ Years
Pay Rate: $70- $75 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Product Manager - Loyalty Platform to drive the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of enterprise-grade digital products. This role will lead the lifecycle of a mobile application and rewards platform, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives, KPI-driven performance, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with enterprise digital channel objectives
  • Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap for mobile app and loyalty platform enhancements
  • Drive backlog prioritization to maximize customer value and ROI
  • The author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure development precision
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and validate functional and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive user experiences
  • Oversee feature implementation to ensure adherence to specifications, compliance standards, and security best practices
  • Establish and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and engagement performance indicators
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor system performance, customer inquiries, and incident trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships supporting digital platforms
  • Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for digital initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product owner, or business analyst roles for digital products
  • Proven experience delivering mobile applications and digital platforms
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize complex product backlogs
  • Proficiency in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical capability using usage analytics, performance metrics, and customer feedback
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to establish and track KPIs and success metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with loyalty or rewards program platforms
  • Prior exposure to financial services or the pawn industry's digital products
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendors
  • Exposure to digital compliance and security standards
