Summary:

The Senior Microsoft Collaboration & Productivity Analyst will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. This role requires a firm understanding of Microsoft 365 cloud technologies and the desire to learn new skills and grow their expertise in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications (i.e. SharePoint, Teams, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Support all Microsoft 365 products (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Streams, etc.)
• Manage accounts, permissions, and security settings within the Microsoft environment.
• Perform application maintenance, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide support expertise, engaging with internal customers and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Participate or lead requirements gathering with business and IT partners.
• Ensure our process and procedures for supporting and developing within the Microsoft suite are documented and reviewed accordingly.
• Developed and maintained the Power Platform Solutions (Power Automate, Power App, PowerBI).
• Remain current on Microsoft technology roadmaps, new functionality, and applicable integrated technologies like SAP.
• Provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Drive configuration standards consistently across all environments.
• Work with the business to improve their processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering improvement areas, and developing and implementing solutions within the suite of applications.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Stay current on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Perform requirement analysis, document, and communicate the results of your findings.
• Ensure the solution meets the business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to junior staff.
• Work with the Manager and Directors to review departmental strategy.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Strong responsibility and initiative skills.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

Education:

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, IT or other.
• with a passion for technology.
• Microsoft Certification is an asset.

Experience:

• 5 + years’ experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud technology.
• Azure experience is a benefit.
• Understanding web services (SOAP, REST,WSDL) is beneficial.
