<p>Active Vacancy </p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Summary: </b></p><p>As Technician I, Supply Chain, you will be experienced in the supply chain needs of a manufacturing facility. The role will be part of a high-performing team focused on supply chain and logistics projects adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position is site-based. The primary role is to support materials flow and maintain control and accuracy of inventories and supplies, including all transactions, procurement, planning and costing, to ensure the required materials are purchased and available to support the production of customer orders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Follows OmniaBio's policies, standard operating procedures and GMP documentation, adhering to Good Documentation Practice.</li><li>Performs packouts of pharmaceutical materials according to effective validated methods and tracks individual shipments and supplier performance to ensure client timelines are met.</li><li>Receives, documents, repalletizes, and stores material both in the OmniaBio facility and in external storage areas.</li><li>Adheres to procedures related to material put aways by storage condition, following industry quarantine and release methodologies.</li><li>Coordinates customer shipments, ensuring all requirements are met (tracking, temperature and delivery time).</li><li>Utilizes the SAP enterprise resource planning system to support supply chain activities.</li><li>Participates in cycle count, physical inventory and other inventory reconciliation processes.</li><li>Adheres to and maintains health and safety policies and practices within the workplace. Participates in investigations to derive root cause of non-conformance activities.</li><li>Adopts the OmniaBio Operating Model and embraces a continuous improvement approach to all work activities.</li><li>Advises the Supply Chain Manager/Supervisor of any issues that may impact service to customers.</li><li>Engages in training and development and takes on increased responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or a higher qualification.</li><li>Experience within a warehouse environment utilizing documented procedures.</li><li>Strong English written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Able to lift or carry up to 35 pounds.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Desired Competencies and Behaviours:</p><ul><li>Able to learn.</li><li>Possesses integrity.</li><li>Demonstrates resilience and tenacity.</li><li>Diligent.</li><li>Able to work in a team.</li><li>Demonstrates interpersonal awareness.</li><li>High-energy.</li></ul><p></p>
