K&#39;(Prime)’s capabilities encompass chemistry, commercial security, scientific instruments sales, and airport imaging services, including X-ray and millimetre wave imaging.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Technical Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end operations at the Eastern Imaging Services Center (E-ISC). This role requires an individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in challenging weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and janitorial duties, with a proven track record of safe and efficient driving, including through severe winter weather conditions. You will be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining an accurate database for all Eastern Canadian airport locations. Collaboration with the Warehouse and Service Technicians is essential to support and foster positive results for our Imaging Operations Team. This position also entails maintaining a high level of customer service, as well as performing various record-keeping tasks and generating reports to enhance business efficiency and uphold best practices. The successful candidate must be capable of reading schedules and dispatching the appropriate technicians based on requirements, while following established processes and remaining flexible to accommodate any changes caused by delays, inventory issues, or technical challenges.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels by setting and managing Min/Max levels to ensure continuous operations.</li><li>Conduct cycle counts and complete inventory audits, reconciling any discrepancies.</li><li>Organize and optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization.</li><li>Ensure the warehouse remains clean and well-organized, including janitorial and cleaning tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Logistics & Driving</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver and pick up materials as needed using a company vehicle.</li><li>Be certified to operate a forklift safely.</li><li>Drive safely and efficiently in heavy snow and winter conditions.</li><li>Maintain a clean driving record and follow all transportation regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Complete daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical & Trace Repair</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to be trained to perform trace repairs and provide technical maintenance on returned or defective products.</li><li>Troubleshoot and report technical issues promptly to the appropriate team.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receive calls and dispatch relevant information to the correct technician based on the schedule.</li><li>Support and engage the team of technicians by providing them with the proper resources.</li><li>Maintain records and monitor returns to vendors through specific processes.</li><li>Reprioritise warehouse and service call jobs as needed to meet customer commitments.</li><li>Take initiative to ensure that the warehouse and service coordinator projects stay on track.</li><li>Maintain the accuracy of the warehouse Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.</li><li>Complete documentation and reports promptly and concisely.</li><li>Consult professionally with on-site staff and partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to the company&#39;s health, safety, and environmental policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver’s License with Driver’s Abstract (Class 3 or 4) – must show a clean, strong driving history.</li><li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.</li><li>Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is an asset.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures.</li><li>Hands-on experience with trace repair or technical equipment servicing.</li><li>Able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical labour, including cleaning and janitorial tasks.</li><li>Capable of driving in extreme winter conditions, such as snow and icy roads.</li><li>High attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.</li><li>Driving outdoors in winter weather.</li><li>Occasional extended hours based on operational needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years in Electronics Repair, Bio-Medical or Chemistry Equipment repair experience.</li><li>Certification in warehouse or logistics management or a related technical field.</li><li>WHMIS, forklift, or first aid certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Good telephone, computer, and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Able to multitask.</li><li>Ability to follow processes.</li><li>Flexibility to work varying shifts.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Team player.</li></ul><p>· Fluency in French would be considered an asset.</p><p><strong>Salary Offering:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-Time $50,000 - $65,000 per year</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Paid vacation and sick days</li></ul></p>Company Description<p>K&#39;(Prime) Technologies Inc. or K&#39;(Prime) is a global imaging services company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and wholly owned by Nanalysis Scientific Corp.
