We are currently looking for:

Test Software Developer - RF Instrumentation


The Test Software Developer - RF Instrumentation will design, develop, and maintain automated test software and procedures for RF product validation and production. The role ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of RF products while supporting engineering, test, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test software for RF products.
  • Implement and validate RF functional and performance tests (e.g., power, sensitivity, linearity, gain, noise).
  • Execute measurements using RF instruments: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
  • Provide support and continuous improvement of test systems and scripts.
  • Participate in technical reviews and product transfer meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 7 years of experience in RF testing and instrumentation.
  • Basic programming skills in Python or other scripting languages, with a strong motivation to expand automation expertise.
  • Understanding of RF measurement principles and signal analysis.
  • Familiarity with electronic boards (schematic reading, diagnostics, testing).
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with our international team
